On y associe le contr\u00f4le du souffle (pranayama) et la concentration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Pour qui ce style de Yoga est-il destin\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est une discipline qui s&rsquo;adresse \u00e0 tout le monde, il existe diff\u00e9rents niveaux selon que vous soyez d\u00e9butant ou plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 dans la discipline.&nbsp;<br>Que l\u2019on soit homme ou femme (m\u00eame enceinte), \u00e9colier, \u00e9tudiant, actif ou retrait\u00e9, vous l\u2019aurez compris : il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019\u00e2ge pour commencer\u2026 et continuer cette pratique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Comment se d\u00e9roule un cours de Hatha Yoga ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une s\u00e9ance de hatha yoga traditionnelle dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 1 h et 1h30. Il y a plusieurs niveaux de d\u00e9butant \u00e0 avanc\u00e9.
